Arjinder Kaur, also an officer in Delhi Judicial Services and an alumna of Panjab University, Chandigarh (University Institute of Legal Studies), has co-authored this book. She is a silver medalist in B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and qualified UGC-NET on her very first attempt. Additionally, she successfully passed the Chhattisgarh Judicial Services Exam and the Delhi Judicial Services Exam on her first try.
